PRODUCT ORDER POLICY

All orders placed through the Pelotonia Online Store are subject to Pelotonia’s acceptance. This means that Pelotonia may refuse to accept or may cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, and without liability to you or anyone else. If your credit card has already been charged for an order that is later cancelled, Pelotonia will issue you a refund.
Note: Promotional codes are only valid during the active period, as defined by Pelotonia.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Merchandise may be returned for a refund or exchange for any reason within 30 days from the shipping date. Within 30 days, unworn and unwashed merchandise may be returned for a refund or exchange.  

Your return will be processed within three business days of receipt and a credit will be issued in the form of your original payment method. You will receive an e-mail notification once your return is processed. Please allow up to 1– 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size and/or color only. Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time we process your return. If we're sold out of the item you request after we process your return, you will receive a refund for the item you returned to the original method of payment.  If you want to exchange for a different item, you will need to return the item and place a new order.
