RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Returns and exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis, however we will do our best to accommodate your return or exchange.
  • Merchandise can be returned or exchanged up to 60 days after initial order is placed for a full refund.
  • Merchandise must be unworn.
  • Refunds will be processed in the same form that the order was placed (i.e. if you placed an order on a credit card, your refund will go back on the same card). Cash returns will require a receipt, otherwise store credit will be issued.  Store credit that is not immediately used will be provided in the form of a gift card.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of the exchange.
  • Marked down merchandise is final sale.

    PRODUCT ORDER POLICY

    All orders placed through the Pelotonia Online Store are subject to Pelotonia’s acceptance. This means that Pelotonia may refuse to accept or may cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, and without liability to you or anyone else. If your credit card has already been charged for an order that is later cancelled, Pelotonia will issue you a refund.

    Promotional codes are only valid during the active period, as defined by Pelotonia.
