How much does shipping cost outside of the Continental U.S.?
Please call the Pelotonia office for international shipments pricing.  Please note, parcels may be delayed as they pass through customs offices in other parts of the world.  International packages may take up to 4 weeks to reach their destination.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Our website is also setup to accept payments made through PayPal.  
How soon will my package be delivered after placing my order?
Each order will be processed within 2 business days after submitting your order. The package will be delivered 3-5 business days after that.  
How do I cancel my order?
In most cases, we begin processing shoppelotonia.org orders immediately. For this reason, we have a small window of time in which we can attempt to cancel an order. Please email us at shop@pelotonia.org and we will make every effort to cancel your order.
Can  I purchase merchandise locally?
Yes, you can purchase  merchandise at the Pelotonia office—351 W. Nationwide Blvd., Columbus, Ohio 43215.  
Can I fax an order?
No, we ask that you either place an order via the shoppelotonia.org website or come down to the Pelotonia office. 
What happens if I order a product that is Out of Stock? 
If you place an item in your shopping cart that is currently out of stock, a message will alert you that the requested item is no longer in stock and unavailable for purchase.
Items added to the shopping cart are not removed from Pelotonia's active inventory until you go through the Checkout and Order process. The product selection online is live and reflects what is in stock at that moment. Items in your cart are not secured until you complete the checkout process, which means another customer may purchase the item even if it is in your cart. If that happens you will receive a message informing you that the item is no longer available when you are in the checkout and order completion process.
If you have more than one item in your cart, the rest of the available product in your order will be processed and the out of stock item will not ship. You will receive an email notice informing you of the order status. Billing occurs at the time of shipment, so you will not be charged for out of stock items.
Products may be restocked at any time. If you are looking for a specific Pelotonia product that is not available online, or have any questions about merchandise please contact us at shop@pelotonia.org.  
Can I purchase gift certificates or gift cards?
Unfortunately, we do not offer gift certificates or gift cards.  
Can I make a donation through the Pelotonia e-commerce store?
Not at this time.  Please make all donations through our website http://pelotonia.org/donate/

RETURN/EXCHANGE FAQs:

What is your return/exchange policy?
Merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of shipment. Please note – Pelotonia does not pay for return and exchange shipping labels.  Please reference the return/exchange process below for additional information. 
What if I received an item as a gift and I need to return or exchange?
Merchandise can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of shipment. Please note, all refunds will go back to the original purchaser. We are unable to refund for cash or merchandise credit.  The item(s) can be exchanged for the same item (different color/size).  See process for submitting a return or exchange below for more information.
What is the process for submitting a return or exchange?
  • Step 1: To exchange your product, note your request on the back of the packing slip that came with the order. Exchanges will be processed if the size or color requested is available.
  • Step 2: If you don't have the packing slip, include a note with the order number, your name/address/email address, and your request for an exchange (what you are exchanging and which size or color you want).
  • Step 3: Print return label, prepare package, attach return label, and ship it. Pre-paid shipping is not available for returns or exchanges
Can I return or exchange merchandise locally?
Yes, you can return or exchange unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase to Pelotonia, 351 W. Nationwide Blvd., Columbus, Ohio 43215. However we may have limited supply at PelotoniaHQ. Every attempt will be made to make an exchange.
