RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Do you offer free returns and exchanges?

Yes!  As of January 1, 2018, we are offering our customers free returns and exchanges for orders placed online.  To facilitate an exchange, please follow the instructions listed under the next question.

What is the process for a return or exchange?

  • In-Store:
    • Returns and exchanges may be handled at The Shop at the Pelotonia HQ during the hours of 8:30-5:30, Monday-Friday. Address: 351 W Nationwide Blvd, Columbus, OH 43215.
  • Via Mail:
    • Email shop@pelotonia.org to coordinate a return or exchange. Please provide your first and last name as well as an order number.
    • A return label will be provided via email. Please print the label, attach it to your package, and drop off at your nearest USPS.
    • Please include the below information with your shipment:
      • Name
      • Order #
      • If exchanging for a new size, which size do you need?
      • If exchanging for a different style, please provide the style name as listed on the website.

Can I return or exchange locally?

Yes, you can return or exchange unused merchandise within 60 days of purchase to Pelotonia, 351 W Nationwide Blvd, Columbus, Ohio 43215. Please note, we may have limited inventory at The Shop at the HQ. Every attempt will be made to accommodate your exchange.

I live out of town.  Can I return or exchange by mail?

Yes, email shop@pelotonia.org to coordinate a return or exchange. Please provide your first and last name as well as an order number.  Please follow the instructions listed above for returns via mail.

What if I received an item as a gift and I need to return or exchange?

No problem! We can issue a store credit in the form of a gift card to facilitate a return or exchange.

If you decide you don’t want store credit, all refunds will go back to the original purchaser in the form they paid. We are unable to issue a refund for cash without a receipt.

We will make every attempt to accommodate your return or exchange.

Can I return or exchange merchandise on Ride Weekend?

While we prefer that all returns and exchanges are completed prior to Ride Weekend, we will do our best to accommodate them. Please note, not all styles or sizes will be available at all locations on Ride Weekend.

 

SHIPPING:

How much does shipping cost within the continental U.S.?

Shipping buckets have been updated to more accurately reflect the true cost of shipping.  Orders will be shipped using the below price buckets:

Please note, parcels may be delayed as they will pass through customs.  International packages may take up to 4 weeks to reach their destination.

Can I pick my order up at the Pelotonia HQ?

Pickup at the Pelotonia HQ is no longer available, unless the order is placed over the phone.

What carrier will deliver my package?

In most cases, your package will be delivered through USPS.  There may be times that FedEx or UPS are used if your order is not a standard order.

I didn’t get a shipping confirmation.  Can you provide a tracking number for me?

We are working diligently to make our order process as user-friendly as possible!  We are not yet to a point that we can send shipping confirmations complete with tracking information.  If you need tracking information, please reach out to shop@pelotonia.org and include your name and order number in the email.  We will be happy to track down your shipment for you!

 

ORDERS:

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Our website is also setup to accept payments made through PayPal. 

How soon will my packed be delivered after placing my order?

Orders will be processed within 2 business days of placement. The package will be delivered 3-5 business days after that.  Please note, during peak times, order processing may be delayed.

How do I cancel my order?

Because we begin processing orders within 2 days, there is a small window of time that we can attempt to cancel an order.  As soon as you decide you need to cancel your order, please email us at shop@pelotonia.org and we will make every effort to cancel your order.

Can I purchase merchandise locally?

Yes!  Stop by the Pelotonia HQ located at 351 W Nationwide Blvd, Columbus, OH 43215 to experience The Shop in person.  Please note, the assortment may differ from what is available online.

Can I purchase gift cards?

Gift cards are available online in the amounts of $25, $50, or $100.  Gift cards will be sent to recipients electronically.  They can now be used at The Shop at the Pelotonia HQ.

Can I donate to Pelotonia through the e-commerce store?

Not currently.  Please make all donations through our website pelotonia.org/donate.
