Dan's Story:
"I am once again hitting the pavement, participating for the 6th time in Pelotonia, a grassroots cycling event that supports cancer research. Pelotonia celebrates its 15th year this year and has raised over $260 million for cancer research. I have been hard at work training so I can ride in the 2-day, 184-mile route for the 5th year. Each year gets a little tougher for me, but I continue to ride in memory of my mother, Patricia, who died after battling lung cancer 6 years ago. This year I also ride to honor and support my good friend Gary, who is courageously battling myeloma and polycythemia. Being part of this movement to end cancer is gratifying and inspiring.”'
